Waypoint Sprites

Waypoint sprites are images that can be seen anywhere on the map. They're mostly useful for team communication because they can be used to show your teammates where you are, where you dropped the flag, where an enemy is, etc.

These are commands, not say escapes, so they must be used in aliases, not messages.
